Cuddle - Manager - Affiliate Marketing (1-5 yrs)
About the job:
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Creative Cuddle, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to build and scale affiliate partnerships, maximize the reach of our products, and drive new business acquisitions through affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a data-driven approach to performance marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other online content creators.
- Manage campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using data analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize future campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to affiliate marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CVR, ROAS; ability to analyze data insights for optimization purposes.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Rakuten, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, etc.) and tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
