Remuneration :
- Fresher's CTC starts from 1,56,000
- Monthly Incentives upto 30000
- Weekly incentives upto 8000

1) Excellent Communication Skills in English is must
2) Educational qualification - Any Undergraduates can apply. We are open to interviewing candidates with backlogs/arrears.
3) Applicants who can work on US/Night Shift can only apply.

The following are Key Job Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meets Monthly/weekly/daily Sales Targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
