Job Description :
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ctruh, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting activities. Your goal will be to drive the growth of our sales pipeline by effectively qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for SaaS sales and a proven track record in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other prospecting methods.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target industries, and key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, identify target markets, and optimize the lead generation process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and market insights to the sales management team.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts through personalized outreach and by building strong relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and driving sales growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth market research and identify key market trends.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track sales activities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
