CTPL - Regional Manager - B2B Sales (5-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and proper reporting management of Campuses & Digital Campaigns
- Able to develop and build hands-on Tele-calling & counselling teams and manage the team
- Team goal setting, timely evaluation, taking corrective measures leading towards achievement of goals
- Ensuring daily form targets & provisional numbers from the Admissions Counsellors on a daily basis.
- Monitor various lead sources and report to the central Digital Team for efficiency mapping and lead quality improvement
- Strategize and plan the execution for the delivery of the Admissions Target in Partner University/ies.
- Develop innovative communication strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students
- Able to travel for client onboarding, fixing presentations and ensuring timely proposals and conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Previous working experience in Admissions of a University or Group of Institutions, and has led a team of 10-15 people
- Should be comfortable working on Software / Technology used in the Company for lead management/CRM and understand the insights from the data
- A committed individual looking for stability and growth.
- High levels of professional integrity.
- Well-versed with the university's functioning and process
- Managed and delivered end-to-end admissions pipeline
- Self-motivator and drive to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary internet-based applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be Comfortable in Travelling and own Personal Transport.
Qualification and Experience
- Required Experience: 5-7 years in Edtech
- Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- Known Languages: English, Hindi, and any other local languages based on the location is a plus.
