CTPL - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Job description :
- Calling prospective clients to convince them for live demos.
- Demonstrating the USPs to prospective customers virtually
- Updating in-house CRM to maintain the daily sales activities
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Generating new leads via reference and Internet Research of educational clients in the desired domain to identify Decision Makers and their Contact Information.
- Executing Software Solutions Sales in an efficient manner and getting the End to End Processes right through Key Decision-Making Approach.
- Follow-up with prospective clients until the closing of the sale and ensure Sales closure.
- Preparation and delivery of Customized Proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinating with the delivery team.
- Work with senior team members to identify and close sales as per assigned targets
- Identifying new and potential sales leads, cold calls if necessary, prospect, educate, qualify and generate interest for sales opportunities to set up meetings.
- Customer Retention, Training, Up-selling, Brand Building on an individual level.
- Connecting stakeholders of educational Institutions like Director/Admissions- Chairperson/Registrar/Principal of Schools, colleges, Private and Government Institutions and Universities to propose our Online Admissions Management Software Services. (SaaS Product).
- Prepare a detailed client acquisition strategy and execute the same for the assigned territory.
Required Candidate profile :
- 1-4 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and Creative personality.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self Motivated.
- Sales hunger for closure.
- Prior work experience in B2B Sales in the Ed-tech industry is a plus.
