CSM - B2B Segment - Broking House (5-10 yrs)
- To ensure that all regions achieve targets of sub broker acquisition
- To organise events and activities for generating new leads of sub broker acquisition.
- To ensure overall profitability of the region for franchisees across all financial products
- To analyse and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets
- To constantly engage with franchisees to generate business
- To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the regions are met
- Manage attrition at regional levels
- To ensure that all regions maintains all statutory and business regulatory controls and comply with code of conduct
- To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel
- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level
- Setting and tracking of goal sheet of the team
Experience : Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Required Skills :
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Good Communication & Team leading Skills
Education :
Graduate / Post Graduate
