Job Description :
Overall Purpose of the Job :
To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and Indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross-sell other products of the Bank.
Key Performance Area/ Duties & Responsibilities :
- Managing sales and ensuring two wheeler loan, book target achievement from a given Geography.
- Recruitment and building a robust team of outsourced resources, training and monitoring their Performance on daily basis.
- Maintaining and building relationship with two wheeler-dealers in the given geography. Coordinate with other departments to ensure 1 day disbursement TAT in the market
- Generating sales enquires through open market and through alternative channels like cross sell/ Upsell/ institutional sales etc.
- Ensuring cross sell of various products like loan protector with two wheeler loan customers.
- Ensure NIL nonstarters and follow up for payments on FEMI cases.
- Do periodic process audits to ensure compliance and liaison with external agencies like FL and PDAV.
- Cocoordinating with Head office for the timely settlement of dealer incentives
- Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank.
