CS Direkt - Client Servicing Role (4-15 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Generate revenue for the company by maintaining strong client relationships and getting repeated business.
b. Taking briefs from the clients and giving a download among team members involved in the execution of the projects.
c. Responsible for preparation of customized clients presentations for the presenting it among the seniors/clients.
d. Brainstorming with the creative and operational team for the execution of the projects.
e. Coordination with the clients for the specifications and requirements.
f. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the reports.
a. Work in association with finance department to get timely payments from clients.
g. Sharing of events pictures organized by CS Direkt for getting it published in newsletters or Events FAQs.
h. Ensure CRM implementation at team level.
i. Generate leads by identifying new business opportunities in the market. Generate business by leading new on new leads and meetings.
