Job Responsibility:
- Manage the growth top 50 accounts to achieve long-term success
- Sales effectiveness to ensure higher conversion ratio of quotations
- Set and track team targets for acquiring new clients
- Maximize the Revenue and profit margin for each industry segment
- Act as mentor to team members, responsible for Revenue per employee and help them to achieve there KRA- s
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Weekly, Monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Discuss the top line client's requirement and query with HOD/Process Head
- Deliver the projects to client on schedule and monitor the team deliverables
- Ensure group invoicing to client within 24 hours
- Ensure group collection within 30 days or as agreed terms.
