Crush Fitness - Content Marketer (0-3 yrs)
We are looking at a motivated and savvy content marketer to oversee our content publishing needs in a fast-paced work environment. You will work with a team of other digital marketers to develop and curate compelling and engaging content for our audience. Your primary duties will include leading the content creation team, developing our content strategy, designing new-age innovative storytelling concepts, analysing user data and collaborate with other teams internally and externally to grow the brand.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire digital content ideation, production, and publishing piece. We are looking for someone who can present content in a fun and engaging manner while holding on to the ethical rules of presenting correct facts.
- The format is visual led and 100% digital. The scope of CRUSH fitness marketplace will be working with best of trainers and internal teams to upload a range of fitness plans for the general clients out there seeking online fitness services.
- To excel in this role, you will have experience in developing, curating and editing content, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
- Development, supervision, and optimization of the content department.
- Ensure that content meets the company's needs and follows our in-house style guide.
- Organize, modify, and verify content and information.
- Work with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.
- Analyse data and analytics and seek to increase reader/viewer engagement and retention.
- Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
Ideal Profile :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in publishing or digital domain
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Should know how to identify and analyse digital trends to find the right topics to drive conversations.
- Proven expertise and experience in managing digital portals for this TG (youth).
- Experience in news, current affairs and fitness or health domain will be preferred.
- Understanding of digital / social media marketing
- Should have the skills to hire and train freelance and other producers to contribute
- Should have experience in working with marketing teams and strategizing with them.
- Ideal candidate should be collaborative and possess the ability to work and lead across departments and global offices
- Bilingual in English and Hindi
- Proactive, have a positive attitude, and a mind for creative solutions
- Growth mind-set, and a good sense of humour.
