Crush Fitness - Business Development Role (0-2 yrs)
1. Connecting with existing customers to orient them about our health and fitness programs online
2. Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests
3. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
4. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
5. Generating and maximizing revenue through conversions (chat, phone, and email communication)
6. Connecting with existing customers for collecting and aggregating product feedback
7. Coordinating and communicating with other functions like Operations/IT to ensure feedback is acted upon, product offering is suited to customer needs
8. Resolving customer issues within the recommended TA
