Crownstack - Head - Inside Sales - IT Services (5-7 yrs)

As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for an experienced Head - Inside Sales to join our rapidly growing team of 80+ members in Gurgaon and Noida locations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1) You are responsible for achieving targets of the team allocated to you
2) You are responsible for Cold calling, Emailing and Linkedin experience
3) Responsible for International Inside Sales(Specifically USA & Australia, UK)
4) Understands technologies like Product engineering, React, Angular, Devops
5) Experience in tools in CRM like Hubspot/salesforce
6) Source new sales opportunities through follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
7) Prepare Matrices to show the result of the team.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years in Inside Sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Will manage inside sales team as well as work on individual leads and cold calls/emails
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
