Position Statement

- The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the Regional Marketing Department in building the brand to be the preferred choice of consumers through strategic marketing activities in SouthAsia region


- Prioritising the markets in India and Sri Lanka

- As a Marketing Executive, you will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote the various brands. This is a varied role, which includes planning, executing & performance tracking of all marketing activities such as advertising (ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing), event organisation, distribution of marketing literature, sponsorship management etc.

- Communication and alignment with internal & external stakeholders to achieve KPIs is an integral part of the job.

Key Focus Areas :

- Internal and external communications & alignment

- Development of Marketing/Communications material (online and offline) for various marketing campaigns

- Marketing operational & administrative work as required, including analysis and reporting

- Other tasks as requested by the Regional Marketing Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

- Assist & support the Regional Marketing Manager in the execution of the annual Marketing Integrated Commercial Plan (MICP) based on identifying key issues and opportunities developed through detailed consumer insight understanding as well as the marketing strategies to address them.

- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Align with internal stakeholders on execution & activation of all online & offline marketing activities in accordance to marketing calendar and activity plans

- Keep track of marketing expenses and report to Regional Marketing Manager on monthly basis to ensure proper tracking of marketing budget

- Track & monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, and prepare weekly, bi-weekly or monthly campaign optimisation reports

- Monitor and prepare routine report on market trends and competitors- activities.

- Establish and improve day-to-day operations to achieve optimal efficiency via further development of promotional effectiveness and evaluation measurement tools/reports.

- Assist Regional Marketing Manager in project status updates and process documentation works of marketing estimates, billings and vendor invoices within approved budgets

- Work closely with in-house design team to produce marketing communication materials

- Write & proofread marketing ad copy for both offline and online campaigns

- Produce creative content in accordance to the approved Content Marketing Plan for web sites, social medial channels, EDMs etc to enhance brand awareness & audience engagement

- Organise and attend events such as webinars, conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc

- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, editorial requests, promotional materials and online activities

- Write internal newsletter and coordinate with BU managers for creating content on a quarterly basis.

- Coordinate with local vendors for production/printing of marketing collaterals and any other material required for internal communications and branding.

- Support business and enabling units for their internal communication

- Other administrative responsibilities including:

1. Raising PR/PO documents to ensure that various A&P plans are booked on time

2. Coordinate requests for marketing collaterals for event and promotion activities

3. Support Regional Marketing Manager's administrative tasks
