Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying new leads for the business and uphold the existing clients.
2. Researching about organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn) to discern new leads.
3. Creating and maintaining a list/ database of prospect clients and keeping a track of it.
4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and convert them as leads.
5. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
6. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
7. Identify and develop new business opportunities at the B2B channel by promoting our services range to new and existing clients.
8. Coordinate with the international clients through skype chat and skype/ phone call
Requirement and Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or Master Degree (MBA-Marketing) will be preferable.
2. Must have minimum 1+ year of experience in Marketing and Sales.
3. Strong skills in MS Excel, Content Writing, Communication (Written & Spoken), Problem Solving.
4. Ability to work with self target and motivation mindset to achieve the goal on a daily basis.
5. Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
6. Ability to find solutions quickly and desire to grow with a confident and determined approach.
