Crowd Strike - Sales Operations Professional (2-7 yrs)
CrowdStrike India is looking for a Sales Ops professional. The position is designed for a strong team contributor who can help replicate/implement sales ops processes in India, and has a potential to grow into a manager/leadership role. This is a new position and will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity. This position will work closely with the Sales Ops team in USA.
About the role:
- Responsible for key Salesforce.com data governance initiatives.
- SFDC Hygiene : Ability to proactively identify gaps, report on quality trends, make recommendations for improving and enhancing the existing process
- Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed.
- Play a key role in the annual and long-range sales planning process
- Ensuring global consistency in sales ops process and practice where possible.
- Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary
Core Competencies
- Strong mathematical/analytical background with the ability to understand complex data and resolve difficult problems
- Excellent communication skills is a must with a good command over written and spoken English
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales Operations, Finance or applicable quantitative role.
- Previous experience with SFDC and SFDC Data Loader
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Experience with Tableau, DOMO or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with a - Shared Resource Centre- is a plus.
- A self-starter and team player. Contributes to team and company success
