Key responsibilities :

1. Development of new, data-driven and scalable Marketing measures for Customer Adoption

2. Analysis of Marketing measures and digital platform usage to improve campaign performance as well as increase customer retention

3. Planning, implementation, and execution of Marketing campaigns - online and offline.

4. Continuous optimizations of campaign media and work with design team

5. Define and monitor all relevant campaign metrics.

6. Development and Enhancement of Digital platform for revenue growth.

Requirements :

1. Postgraduate in business management/information technology or Engineering Graduate with hands-on knowledge on Campaign Management, Performance Analysis, Campaign ROI management.

2. Experience in a leading Telecom, Digital, Fintech company

3. Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers

4. Quick perception and structured working methods

5. Interest in and understanding of Marketing Technology, specifically App Tracking & Analytics

6. Good Communication skill, both spoken and written

7. Passionate about doing new things @ work

8. Experience in an individual contributor role

9. Experience of 2+ years.
