Job description :
- As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most important client relationships. Your primary focus will be to foster strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for account growth, retention, and upselling. The roles requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities :
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to become their trusted advisor and primary point of contact within our organization.
2. Understand the business objectives and challenges of each key account, and align our products & services to meet their needs.
3. Develop & execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and retention targets.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and customer-centric approach.
5. Monitor key account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on the account status and growth opportunities.
6. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts and work with the sales team to capitalize on them.
7. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms and conditions with key accounts to ensure mutual success and profitability.
9. Carry on any and every responsibility related to the profile.
