About the Position :
- Content fuels our marketing programs across various channels in order to engage buyers, so the individual needs to know how to plan for, work with the content team, and execute programs with content across multiple channels and measure its effectiveness in driving the results that matter. The individual has to have a deep understanding of our content assets & formats - blogs, emails, web page content, and other key assets.
- Experience managing campaign execution across multiple channels, including email marketing. He/She will also need to plan and execute personalized experiences for prospects across the website, third party websites, social media channels, events, online communities, mobile, and more. The individual has to be great at the big picture, but also know how to get into the weeds of execution, involving other channel owners as needed.
- Driven by metrics: Building measurable programs and understanding what to measure and when are critical skills for this individual. Industry benchmarks have too many variables to consider such as company size, industry, funding, size of teams, to name a few, so the individual will know how to establish a baseline basis on our historical performance. And while the measurement timeline may differ depending on the buyer cycle, the individual should know how to measure across early-, mid-, and late-stages during the cycle. Understand how customer data is structured in the systems, and segment the database based on criteria (region, life cycle stage, persona) to best target a specific market or user type.
