Roles & Responsibilities
- You will shape, build, and drive content efforts globally.
- Plan & Execute a solid Inbound Strategy for CropIn to drive traffic,conversations & conversions.
- Research markets and industries to compare branding strategies.
- Act as an Editor in Chief for all content to ensure consistency & clarity.
- Develop & own CropIn Assets like Brand Videos, Training Decks, Case Studies, Whitepapers, Testimonials & more.
- Act as a Secondary Support & help in delivering Product & Sales Enablement
Requirement :
- Act as a Secondary Support & help deliver a seamless experience for our users on the Website, KMS, Bots & more.
- Enhance the productivity of workflows by recommending products, tools or suggesting process improvements.
- Write conversational & engaging copies for various internal & external audiences, using content to elevate the Brand stature using compelling storytelling.
- Track & Report Content Metrics and make recommendations to increase the impact of content.
- Promote writing & communication standards and spearhead initiatives to scale best practices across the organization.
- You will partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Data to learn about the business, industry, customer experiences, challenges etc. & translate the knowledge into compelling content pieces for CropIn.
