CropIn - Associate - Customer Success (0-2 yrs)
The candidate will handle the configuration of various projects from the start. They need to assist the CS managers with discussions, MOM, data analysis, training the client team, making reports on a daily, weekly basis. Other documentation, research on various topics in business, new technology.
Education: B.E, B Tech, MBA
Requirements in Skillsets :
- Good with numbers. Should be able to understand numbers and quickly work on any calculations.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- He/she needs to work extensively on the same.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Other languages like Hindi and regional languages are also preferred
- Good writing skills for preparing MOM, writing emails, documentations etc.
- Smart and confident in handling difficult situations when they arise.
