2. Explaining the same to the designer.
3. Follow-up with the customer after sending the design.
4. Order finalization
5. Follow-up with customers for installation and payments.
6. Visiting the site during Installation.
7. Follow-up with the internal production team regarding delivery time, colour and accessories.
