Crofarm Agriproducts - Area Sales Manager/Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Drive Targets :
- Area Manager will be responsible for planning the BTL Activation Charter along with BTL Lead
- Create a 7-15-21 Days plan to plan events in the repective Partner Polygon
- Share the plan and brief the team on upcoming events
- Break down the Area Opportunity & Identify Key Societies/ RWA to carry our BTL Activations
- Define Area Wise --Society Wise --BDE Wise Targets and Keep BDE Informed in Advanced
- Approach Societies as per plan and Secure Event Permissions in Advance
Society Management :
- Maintain Relationship with Society Board /Secretary / Security Supervisor to ensure smooth Events
- Drive maximum events with minimum permission cost
- Manage & track all Brand Collaterals / Free Gifts/ Samples and their Costs. Ensure Zero Shirnkage
- Ensure 100% availability of team on all days except Weekly Off
- Drive BDE's to achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly targets
Team Management :
- Report Daily Target Vs Achievement Numbers on Time to Leaders.
- Constantly Accompany them to Customer Pitch and Keep Coaching them on sharpening their Pitch.
- Review BDE performance and train, coach them to achieve targets.
- Manage Performance - Improvement.
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
Candidate Requirement :
- Strong experience 3-5 years preferred from FMCG.
