Croccle - Executive - Customer Service - Digital Marketing (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, goals, and target audience to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, ads, social media, SEO, website, etc.) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction by effectively managing expectations, addressing any concerns, and delivering high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, contributing to the company's growth.
- Stay abreast of the company's services, capabilities, and offerings, effectively presenting and promoting them to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an account manager in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in client retention and upselling.
