Croccle - Executive - Customer Service/Digital Marketing (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Be the digital marketing Consultant for the client.
2. Understand client requirements, goals, and target audience to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
3. Ensure client satisfaction by effectively managing expectations, addressing any concerns, and delivering high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and guidance to clients.
5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, contributing to the company's growth.
6. Stay abreast of the company's services, capabilities, and offerings, effectively presenting and promoting them to clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven experience (0-3 years) as a sales/account manager in a competitive environment.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and solutions.
5. Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
