The Opportunity :

Sales excellence, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
What would you do?
- Sales Development (SD's) : Inbound pipeline generation through Marketing leads (Events and digital marketing), partner/channel-driven leads
- Generate Pipeline, Convert Pipeline, and forward the opportunities to account executive.
- Conduct thorough discovery and needs analysis to uncover pain points and business challenges within target accounts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to articulate the value proposition to prospects.
- Outbound pipeline generation in target accounts based on Propensity to buy and inbound pipeline generation through Marketing leads (events/webinars, social and digital marketing)
- Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to drive demand generation, planning, and execution of effective campaigns.
- Execute account enrichment strategies to build account information, organization's objective, database accuracy, and understanding of client challenges.
- Proactively update and maintain CRM records with accurate account details, interactions, and challenges identified within the target accounts.
