CRMNEXT - Associate - Customer Success (0-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for managing assigned accounts and facilitate new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.
2. Responsible for mining of the accounts to identify and materialize up selling and cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets.
3. Effective account management and customer relationship - establish a cordial relationship with the client and optimize customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills Required:
1. Strong customer engagement skills.
2. Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagements.
4. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to create business cases and articulate business value proposition to the customer.
5. Drive product adoption across different business lines and within the client organization.
6. Experience as a consultant in CRM domain.
7. Identify, develop and maintain relations with present clients.
8. Experience in BFSI domain is preferred.
