Job Description:
- 3-4 Year minimum work experience - Field sales/Inside Sales (preferably in IT Services company/even IT product may do) and preferably external/customer facing
- High energy, inquisitive (hunger to learn) , outgoing/pushy
- Clear/Concise communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles with outcome orientation (can ask for specific examples)
- Strong number orientation in terms of quantifying output (funnel creation/meetings fixed/closures/Revenue generation examples in previous jobs/assignments)
- Demonstrated analytical/logical reasoning skills
- Well versed in MS Office (emphasis on PPT/Excel)
