CRM Strategy Specialist - Advertising Firm (5-10 yrs)
- Ability to develop CRM strategy, technical solutions, data management and ecommerce strategies.
- To develop end to end customer-facing solutions with measurable metrics. Act as liaison with global business teams to leverage enterprise platforms if applicable.
- Develop the ability to capture customer insights and journey mapping via systems enhancements to drive improvements in various aspects of digital customer experience and engagement.
- Strong liaison relationship with the Marketing & Brand organization.
- Based on insight, journeys and objectives, understand and provide recommendations bridging the enterprise framework, strategy and processes.
- Integration to include marketing automation, social media, and other marketing drivers to support regional MarCom team to fulfill campaign and leads generation programs.
-Build process and technical solutions to support marketing-to-sales attribution measurements via CRM along with improved lead scoring methodologies.
- Understand future direction of digital trends, emerging behaviors, technologies, and companies that may impact the organization.
- Assist with presentations for leaders and others to influence direction and assist with organization.
Change management for digital needs.
Required Skills
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
MBA
5-10 years of progressively responsible marketing/digital job experiences, CRM related experience will be a plus.
Working history with Marketing Automation/CRM programs
