CRM Specialist (2-6 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our customer communications. You will have the opportunity to shape our CRM strategy and build meaningful connections with our user base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement.
- Create and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to delive targeted content and communications.
- Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and improvise the strategy.
- Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with overall brand and product strategies.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to CRM-related activities.
Ideal Candidate :
- 2+years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the fintech or immigration industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and tools like Hubspot, Clevertap, Moengage Gupshup etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data.
