CRM Manager - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership experience in managing the CRM function with exposure to different aspects of CRM including lead generation, pipeline management, conversions, client acquisition and retention.
- Responsible for customer management for projects from Booking to Hand over stage
- Should have handled large projects
- Must have managed multiple projects together
- Working closely with the sales and marketing to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships.
- Guide the customer through the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and coordinate for registration with the agent.
- Ensure return on investment through KPI's and performance metrics.
- Send pre intimation to customers for payment and ensure dispatch of demand letters on a timely basis.
- Follow up with customers on payment dues and update all communication in the customer file.
- Ensure receipts for payments made are sent on time and handle payment defaults and recovery.
- Communication to customer about project progress and likely date of possession.
- Coordinate with site personnel for flat hand over and ensure update of all records of the customers.
- Prepare collection MIS report for the management.
- Ensure high service levels and promptness in handling customer issues & complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Post graduation in Management with about 10 to 15 years of total experience in CRM function in Real Estate / Construction Industry. Age preference - 40 years
