Job Responsibilities
- Build the entire CRM Department
- Prepare the SOPs for the department
- Ensure alignment of the SOPs to the current practices followed
- Ensure proper allotment of customers within the team
- Ensuring customer's queries are resolved with high customer satisfaction and building good rapport and focusing on long term association with the customers
- Ensure effective communication& check with customers for feedback
- Communicating withclients (wherever required) through email and verbally about new order and existing order follow-ups
- Follow-up with PPC in ensuring on scheduled production planning and delivery of orders received from the customers
- Building a smart team, whereby customers feel happy to call & order. And are also comfortable to get in touch with. The members must then act as SPoC's for respectively allocated customers.
- Ensure proper Manpower planning to provide uninterrupted customer service.
- Conducting / scheduling OJT's for the team
