Cricnwin - Social Media Manager & Influencer (2-3 yrs)
Role:
- Developing and implementing strategy across all Cricnwin social media platforms
- Reporting and analyzing trends across each relevant platform
- Leading social coverage of regular and major events
- Creating video and graphics content in appropriate formats
- Understanding company KPIs and influencing social planning
- Identify relevant social media platforms and their key social influencers, and explore their marketing potential per language and country
- Recruit and manage relations with social influencers (e.g. on YouTube, Facebook) in a cricket target group
- Negotiate campaigns and budgets with influencers and internally provide reports about the ongoing performance of influencer campaigns
Profile:
- A degree-level education and at least 2 years experience
- Deep understanding of social trends and what people are sharing online
- Passionate about Cricket and instinctively understand what matters to the modern fan
- Understand and constantly respond to data and analytics in your work
- Love to experiment with new methods and formats
- 2+ years of experience in working with influencers from social media and blog networks
- Excellent communication skills and know how to smoothly manage internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to structure strategy, create, optimize and analyze campaigns independently
- Competence to draw critical analysis from data and make specific recommendations based on quantitative to increase ROI
- Understanding of the dynamics of the underlying market as well as metrics and funnels of influencer campaigns
- Ability to operate with autonomy and find innovative solutions to problems
- Fluency in English plus Hindi
- Passionate about cricket
- Video Content Editing will be plus
