Customer Relationship Officer

Job Description :

Due to rapid expansion, Delhi's leading Property Maintenance Company is looking for Customer Relationship Officer to provide our customers with an unrivalled service experience. You will play a key role in providing support over the phone and should be able to easily absorb pressure and manage multiple customers.

What you'll be doing :

- Dealing with customers over the phone

- Providing information about company's services

- Scheduling and managing customer bookings

- Coordinating technicians to ensure that the bookings get attended to on time

- Updating the Management system with all the comments and notes

- Account Management.

What you need to have :

- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Ability to handle multiple calls from customers

- Excellent co-ordination and planning skills

- Able to handle pressure

- Be Empathic, Honest and a fast thinker

- At least 2 years experience in a similar role

- Account Management experience will be an added advantage though not a mandatory criteria.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 200,000 to 250,000.00/year + Benefits + Incentives, though not a constraint for good candidates
