Position : Business Development Associate
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timing : 12 PM to 9 PM
Salary : (4 to 6) LPA [4 Lakhs Fixed + 2 Lakhs Variable]
Education : Graduation Mandatory
Experience : 0-2 years, In Edtech Sales experience (Mandatory)
Work Location : Bangalore (WFO)

Job description :
- A highly suitable individual for this position would possess experience in consultative selling or a deep passion for developing a career in sales. It is essential that you have the ability to effectively handle interactions with both parents and children within the age range of 3-8 years. Your role would involve nurturing these relationships over time and fostering a genuine desire for our products. It is important that you are comfortable in managing these relationships and have the capability to build rapport and trust with parents and children alike, instilling in them the motivation to purchase our offerings. What will you be doing ?
- In this role, you will primarily serve as a mentor and guide for the customers, offering them support and assistance throughout their experience. This involves providing them with valuable insights, advice, and recommendations to help them make informed decisions.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for counselling parents, understanding their concerns, and addressing any questions or issues they may have. By offering your expertise and understanding, you will help parents navigate through the process and ensure their peace of mind.
- To ensure the success of the organization, meeting the required targets will be an important aspect of your responsibilities. This entails actively working towards specific goals and objectives set by the company.
- By effectively managing your time and resources, you will contribute to the overall growth and achievement of these targets. Furthermore, it will be essential for you to maintain a detailed database of all the interactions you have with leads on the Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes logging important information about each interaction, such as the nature of the conversation, key points discussed, and any follow-up actions required. By keeping a comprehensive record, you will help ensure effective communication and continuity of information within the organization.
- Overall, as part of your role, you will serve as a mentor, guide, and counselor to customers and parents, meet designated targets, and maintain a meticulous CRM database of all interactions with leads.
What are we looking for ?
- Individuals who possess excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi, along with the ability to communicate in other languages, will have an additional edge.
- Diligent individuals with a strong commitment and unwavering determination. Having prior experience in Edtech sales would be beneficial.
- Individuals who adopt a systematic approach to constructing sales funnels and successfully converting.
