We are looking for Inside Sales specialist for B2C sales in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment. You role will include counseling parents on Crejo.Fun's learning pedagogies and the extracurricular learning experience. The candidate will also be required to take up Revenue Responsibility.

This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International clients. The candidate would be required to drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & daily reporting.

Responsibilities

Individual Contributor Role

- Meet Target of Cold & Active calls

- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

- Managing pre-sales and post-sales support activities and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction

- Coordination with internal teams to drive maximum customer satisfaction

Requirements :

- 1+ years of relevant experience in sales

- Strong communication skills

- A knack for sales and positioning an idea

- Prior experience in an Ed-tech organisation is a plus

- Comfortable working on weekends. ( Weekly Off will be given on a weekday)

- Knowledge of CRM software like LeadSquared is a plus
