CredR - Franchisee Development Manager (5-10 yrs)
Key Roles and responsibilities:
- Onboarding of New Franchisee PAN India basis
- Generate and nurture leads through various marketing activities as cold calling, campaigning, through Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
- To participate in event and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospective franchisee
- Consulting and pitching the prospective lead to take the franchise
- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support
- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads
- Work on the enquiries, coordinating and follow up with leads till final closure
- Assisting Franchisee in scouting appropriate location
- Tracking data with regular reporting
- Expected Background: Min 5 years of Dealer development / Franchise development experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Expert knowledge of sales processes and sales cycle for franchise development
- Ability to effectively interact with high net-worth individuals
- Major account experience and proven client engagement skills, including relationship building, negotiating and closing
- Experience in Skill Development will have added advantage
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any faculty

- Open to travelling extensively PAN India (Minimum 70% travelling)
