CredR - Franchise Acquistion Manager (8-10 yrs)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proactive and process Oriented
- Highly objective, data oriented and disciplined in sales reporting
- Ability to begin a vertical from scratch
- Ability to handle senior level sales managers
- Experience of handling an independent business vertical for an organisation previously
- Knowledge of sales intricacies
- Adapt to changing business environments, solve problems and take advantage of opportunities to create sales
- Work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders within the organization
- Open to traveling basis business requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Getting conversion yourself, managing Sales personnel on the ground and handling the lead calling team
- Onboarding of New Franchisees and regional franchisees for the business
- Onboarding of investors for COCO stores
- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads
- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support
- Assisting Franchisee in scouting appropriate location
- Participate in events and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospective franchisee
- Work on the enquiries, coordinating and follow up with leads till final closure
- Generate and nurture leads through various marketing activities such as cold calling, campaigning, through Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
- Tracking data with regular reporting
