CredR - Area Sales Manager (9-16 yrs)
To be a part of the Business Development Team wherein he is expected to work with used two wheeler traders, agents and brokers as a technology partner, planning and securing sales through technology products in a wide spread geography.
- Manage P&L of the city/state assigned
- Ensure adoption of Company products and sales through them by starting and managing
relationship with various stakeholders in used two-wheeler ecosystem.
- Developing new business by on boarding more stakeholders - dealerships, agents.
- Be proactively sensitive to unrest and backlash from unorganized players.
- Ensure minimum downtime in case such situations arise.
- Meet monthly sales targets using processes and tools aligned with company's sales strategies and policies.
- Timely reporting of team's activities, and performance through tools provided by Company.
- Creating an environment of bonhomie to motivate team for achieving targets.
