Responsibilities :

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technology, data science, pre-sales and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the respective financial year.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

- Develop research analysis techniques to determine customer prospects that CreditVidya's products and solutions can meet prospective customer business needs. Contact these prospects and determine the business needs, decision makers to penetrate new business relationships.

- Understand the value of CreditVidya's products as well as competitive offerings and articulate benefits in a manner meaningful to a customer.

- Manage customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/B-tech or equivalent educational degree

- 7+ years proven sales experience, banking experience preferred. Work experience in the professional sales environment desirable.

- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and forecasting skills.

- Understanding of the corporate and/or professional research process and have the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of credit risk products and services and how they apply to the customer's needs.

- Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanour, business maturity, and technical knowledge.
