CreditMantri - Credit Relationship Officer (1-3 yrs)
1. Calling Process: Qualified leads to be called and ensure adequate follow ups are done for the customer to figure out the product fitment.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with the customers who are probable leads for the product and ensure the product is delivered to the customer.
3. Continuous tracking and improvement: Actively gather feedbacks, track his/her own sales numbers, performance of product etc. and help in improving the way the product is sold to achieve monthly numbers.
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in particular product related Tele sales and have had sales targets and achieved them month on month
- Track-record of translating customer needs into sales for the product.
- Passionate about selling and customer interaction.
- Enjoys working in a start-up environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in hand in an ambiguous environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- In addition to English, should be fluent in Hindi
