Creditkaro - Manager - Sales - Credit Card (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed credit card sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of DSAs to maximize sales potential.
- Build strong relationships with DSAs, banking partners, and internal teams.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve objectives.

Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of credit card sales and DSA channel management experience.
- Banking domain experience is also preferable.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of credit card products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
