CreditEnable - Tellecaller Role (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound welcome, marketing, and sales calls to new, potential, and existing clients.
- Assess customer needs, resolve issues, and deliver solutions.
- Achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets.
- Follow up with potential clients for scheduled call-backs.
- Serve as a liaison between CreditEnable Operations and Credit Team.
- Offer additional support for customer inbound and outbound communication, including emails and calls as required.
- Generate daily and weekly MIS reports.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Analyse client feedback to enhance service quality.
- Provide value-added services and exceed client expectations.
Key Requirements :
- 1+ year of experience in BFSI, fintech, or banking sector.
- Proficiency in understanding concepts and knowledge of unsecured/secured business loans.
- Minimum graduation required; MBA is advantageous.
- Availability for rotational shifts.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM, IVR, and MS Office applications.
