- We're looking for a Social Media Manager with excellent content creation skills to join our fast-growing team in India. You will be helping us to deliver on our vision to help SMEs everywhere gain access to affordable finance when they need it so they can grow!
- As our social media manager, you will help us broaden our digital reach and engagement with the 70 million SMEs belonging to the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT). CAIT is CreditEnable's strategic partner. You will also help us build and engage with new communities of SMEs.
- Your primary role will be to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into active fans, promoters and customers. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, be able to create high quality content, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
- You will be responsible for aligning company communications across social media and producing marketing content to create a strong brand identity.
Responsibilities :
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Produce content in the forms of blogs, articles, newsletters, videos, imagery and web copy that meets the company's brand and communication guidelines
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
- Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging
- Maintain website content to ensure it is all up to date and accurate
- Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy

Skills and experience :
- 5+ years' experience working as a Social Media Manager in a similar role - agency, client side, preferably B2C
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years' experience managing social media platforms. Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential
- Ability to create high quality content blogs, articles, newsletters, videos, imagery and web copy
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Proficiency in using social media software to monitor social media conversations
- Experience in a fast growing / start-up environment
- Excellent communication skills in writing and in person
- Strong project management skills
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must have a cutting-edge interest in social media and be abreast with the fast-changing nature of social media and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realised
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and often under pressure
- Video editing experience would be a bonus
- Experience using Zoho or similar CRM a bonus
