Our founding team has worked at fintech companies in London where they won a Banking
Technology Award for Best Mobile Initiative as well as large financial institutions such as Credit Suisse and PIMCO. The team has extensive experience at Indian equity trading, investment banking and vendor management firms as well. They have graduated from London Business School, Northwestern University (USA), SAIC (USA) and attained the CFA charter.

- Ability to work with cross functional teams: Candidates must be able to influence cross functional teams - customer care, product, merchants, compliance & finance teams. Having the experience of managing healthy conflicts and driving people towards the customer goals and organization priorities would be valued.
Role & Performance metrics:
a. Strong interpersonal skills for Business development i.e. tie up with merchants in the home decor, elective healthcare, education or elective bikes spaces
b. Designing presentations for investors/merchants and creating basic financial models (MSExcel)
c. Managing field sales team in tier 2 & tier 3 cities to ensure loan origination targets are met
Your performance will be measured on ability to onboard merchants, merchant satisfaction and number of loans originated per merchant.
Desired Skills:
1. Project management - expeditiously handle matters and proactively follow through projects to completion
2. Responsiveness, judgment, maturity, integrity, and time management skills
3. Above-average interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external teams
4. Hands-on MS Excel & PowerPoint experience
5. Loan underwriting and documentation knowledge would be preferred
6. Experience of working in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities would be preferred

For Full Time employees - Industry Standards
