Our founding team has worked at fintech companies in London where they won a Banking Technology Award for Best Mobile Initiative as well as large financial institutions such as Credit Suisse and PIMCO. The team has extensive experience at Indian equity trading, investment banking and vendor management firms as well. They have graduated from London Business School, Northwestern University (USA), SAIC (USA) and attained the CFA charter.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Explaining our loan application process to the merchant representative and customers
- Making pre-approval decisions after receiving initial details from customers in coordination with the Central Ops team
- Explaining loan products to customers in person or over phone
- Sign up new local merchants
- Closely coordinate with credit team and loan applicants to ensure turnaround time is minimised. Getting the agreements, NACH, KYC proof, etc collected / verified
- Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Ensuring on-time payments of the customers
- Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant
- Continuously provide feedback to Central Ops, Product and Technology teams
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- High levels of self-drive/motivation
- Minimum education 12th standard pass out
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and regional languages of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
- Savvy with technology i.e. mobile and computers. Knowledge of MS office (excel, word) would be a positive

Compensation :
- Fixed salary of Rs 1.5L to Rs 2.25L per annum. Attractive bonuses up to Rs 1.5L based on turnaround time, loan origination and repayment performance.
