Customer care Executive
Position : Telecaller
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Yea
Job Details :
- Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from the prospective customers and convert them into confirmed client.
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Should be a good seller and understand the customer requirement and based on the same should be able to sale the product/medicine.
- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience
- Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skill and Convincing power
- Should be open minded and ready to learn.
- Follow-up with customers & internal team.
- Demonstrate value, negotiate and close new customers.

Shift:Day shift ( 9:30-7:30pm)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Preferably from Healthcare / Health Insurance sector/ E-commerce Industry / Telecom Industry.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent english communication.
