Job Description :
- As the social media marketing anchor for initiatives in the market you will establish and drive marketing plan aligned to GTM initiatives, work with business stakeholders, set the marketing budget & goals, create world-class marketing campaigns and report ROI - ensuring (positioning/demand creation) effectiveness of campaigns in the Global market).
- Work with key leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans.
- Design and deliver on marketing services portfolio for key segments and initiatives in partnership with onshore peers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To work with the marketing production team in India to deliver on marketing requirements
- Coordinate activities leading to visual identity creation
- Develop and implement a clear social media strategy to substantially increase the social media following and thus increasing the visibility of the brands
- Day-to-day management of social media channels and their communities (including and not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+, etc.) with a consistent on-brand tone of voice and strategic overview tailored to each brand.
- Create, curate and manage all published content (image, video, and text).
- Design, create and manage promotions and social media ad campaigns.
- Provide day to day delivery support to Business leaders on the execution of assignments and tasks.
- Provide competitive intelligence and should be capable of analyzing data in order to validate content.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
Critically Important :
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Develop and execute crisis management strategies.
- Develop lead/demand generation strategies through social media and execute accordingly
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable :
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge of social media reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience on any of the tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, simply measured, Twitonomy, Woobox, HootSuite, and Radian6
- Creative flair in thoughts and concepts of social media
