Credforce - Associate Manager - Digital Marketing (6-7 yrs)
Brief :
We're hiring a sharp and ambitious go-getter to join our Client marketing team. We are looking to bring intelligent, energetic, and flexible professional on board to build, manage and inspire a global marketing organization focused on its consumer business, academic & corporate partnerships and overall company reputation. This position requires substantial experience across the full suite of digital marketing, social media, channel marketing, marketing analytics, disciplines for product marketing, consumer marketing, branding, and events. You should be a natural storyteller with a passion for new markets and technologies, connecting with consumers in non-obvious and creative ways. You must welcome the challenge to build marketing in an organization that is in the niche industry of credentialing and still learning to capitalize on marketing's impact. This position combines strategic and tactical expertise in developing and executing digital marketing and communications initiatives and campaigns with superb executional qualities to mentor, and build strong relationships organization- and enterprise-wide. This role will be based in Gurgaon and will report into our Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing in developing marketing solutions (not limited to digital marketing) across all marketing programs, communication channels, regions, and functions
- Implement short-term and long-term marketing/digital marketing and communications strategies developed by senior management.
- Prioritize and manage marketing budgets in consultation with the Head of Marketing
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound and outbound marketing activities turns into customers and partners, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Help build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties
- Work alongside multiple teams and gather their insights and turn into actionable strategies for implementing processes
- Help achieve organizational targets in terms of revenue and brand presence.
Minimum Qualification
- 6-7 years of experience in Marketing with at least 3 years in global marketing with both B2C and B2B audience
- Experience with consumer aesthetic/instinct leading to distinct product/brand positioning
- Knowledge on how to guide a brand's reputation and experience in crisis management
- Experience in the use of analytics tools and ROI metrics
- Proven track record delivering creative, integrated consumer demand and education programs
- Experience in building, executing and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels
- Proven experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, ORM and Content Marketing
Preferred Qualification :
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed B-School
- Established and innovative marketing executioner with a broad, diverse marketing background
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
