Business Loan Sales

Credflow is seeking a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Lending Sales, to join our team in doing wonders in the Fintech Market.

Qualifications:-

Position :Sales Manager - Business Loans

Experience : 3+ Years of experience

Location : Noida

- Credflow is looking for highly motivated and committed individuals who will be part of the outstanding team driving Lending Sales.

- The position is responsible for managing the overall business loans vertical.

- The right person for this role will have a deep understanding of lending products preferably Unsecured Business Loans for MSME segment.

- Person should be well versed with the target customer segment that is "small business owners" and credit policies, underwriting standards, onboarding journeys, latest technologies being used to acquire our target customer base.

Acquisitions :

- Achieving the Business loan targets and goals set for your profile including the budgeted cross sell targets

- Acquire and manage BNPL customers through our national level anchor partners

- Acquire Current Account customers

- Work closely with our demand side partners to increase penetration of our products in the partner ecosystem

- Track and ensure benchmarked productivity to achieve product wise and segment wise targets for your team Ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms

- Report on sales activities to top management.

- Drive the system towards service quality standards in an efficient operation where risks are well controlled and turnaround service benchmarks are achieved.

- Create formal and informal feedback systems to analyze the product performance.

- Review, analyze and manage the customer portfolio for profitable growth.

- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, quality & productivity

- Understanding technology as well as overall business processes such as risk, finance, settlements, logistics, KYC regulations/compliance etc. especially in the BFSI/Fintech ecosystem.

- Working closely with the business heads and other stakeholders to formulate and execute the product roadmap.
