Role Title: Business Loan Executive Lending Sales
Work Days: 6 days per week
Job Location: Noida
Office Hours: Work from office (10 AM to 7 PM)
What we are looking:
Credflow is looking for highly motivated and committed individuals who will be part of the outstanding team driving Lending Sales. The position is responsible for managing the overall business loans vertical. The right person for this role will have a deep understanding of lending products preferablyUnsecured Business Loans for MSME segment. Person should be well versed with the target customer segment that is small business owners and credit policies, underwriting standards, onboarding journeys, latest technologies being used to acquire our target customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to paid customer on call for unsecured business loan.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Explain about the process of unsecured loan over a call.
- Maintain relationships with the customers.
- Take aggressive follow-ups
Skills and Background
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Good Logical and Analytical skills.
- Smart and Collaborative team
- Early-Stage startup experience
- Preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate
- Laptop is mandatory
